At APRAHA, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return and Refund Policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
The product is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact.
The product has not been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Valid proof of purchase or the order confirmation is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Customized or personalized products.
Products purchased during clearance or final-sale promotions.
Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.
Products returned without their original packaging, labels, or tags.
Items that have been used, washed, worn, or altered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Your order number.
Clear photographs or videos of the product.
Images of the outer and inner packaging.
A brief description of the issue.

After verification, we may arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit, as applicable.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Once approved, securely pack and return the product in its original condition.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund or replacement will be processed according to this policy.

Please do not return a product without receiving approval from our support team.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes inspection.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders:

Approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or another available payment method.
Customers may be required to provide accurate bank account or UPI details.
APRAHA will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team. If the order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may request a return after receiving the product, subject to the eligibility conditions stated in this policy.

Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, APRAHA will bear the return shipping cost.
For other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.

Refund Approval

APRAHA reserves the right to refuse a return, replacement, or refund if:

The returned product does not meet the eligibility requirements.
The product shows signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration.
Original tags, labels, accessories, or packaging are missing.
Valid proof of purchase is not provided.
The return request is submitted after the applicable return period.
